Curtin Farms
Located in the heart of the Lake Wylie/Clover area, Curtin Farms is well known for their agri-tourism. Throughout the year Curtin Farms hosts school field trips, birthday parties and summer day camps on the 200+ acre farm. This Fall don’t miss Curtin Farms Fest on October 12th. Pick a pumpkin and interact with dozens of local vendors.

Bush N Vine Farm
Bush N Vine Farm in York SC has been a family farm for over 150years. Every Fall Bush N Vine celebrates Fall Farm Fun weekends starting Saturday September 28th. Bush N Vine also offers a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program for those interested in receiving fresh fruits and vegetables year-round!

The Peach Tree Orchard
For pickers interested in a somewhat smaller, intimate setting, check out The Peach Tree. The Peach Tree features a pumpkin patch of pre-picked pumpkins and a miniature straw maze for younger kids plus field games. Shop the store for fresh ice cream and a wide selection of fresh mountain apples, gourmet caramel apples, fritters, apple cider, candy and more.

Windy Hill Orchard
A love of apple cider and the desire for a family-focused lifestyle caused Fritz and Catherine Gusmer to open Windy Hill Orchard in York SC decades ago. Windy Hill’s 26th Annual Apple Harvest Festival, taking place Saturday October 19th, always sells out. Windy Hill is also a great option for pumpkin pickers, especially the elder/parent picker looking for an adult treat.

Hall Family Farm
Hall Family Farm has a rich history in South Charlotte. First established as a cotton farm in the 1920s, the farm reopened in 2008 as a pick-your-own strawberry and agri-tourist farm. Located in the Ballantyne community, the Hall Family Farm is easily accessible to most Lake Wylie area residents and well worth the visit. The farm even stays open for night-time adventures in the corn maze! This year’s corn maze theme is “Clue – the Murder Mystery”.

Anne Springs Close Greenway
Anne Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill SC remains a favorite Lake Wylie area park for ALL seasons. This year marks the Greenway’s 10th annual Fall Frolic held weekends starting October 12th. While the standard Greenway admission fees apply, along with additional fees for pony rides and activities, it’s hard to imagine a more beautiful setting to enjoy pumpkin picking this season.
