Autumn Cove is a traditional neighborhood comprised of single family homes and a separate section of townhomes. Situated just across the street from Crowders Creek Elementary school, residents enjoy a close proximity within the unincorporated Lake Wylie SC township area.
While new construction is still present towards the back the neighborhood (in sister-community Somerset at Autumn Cove), homes here are situated on mostly mature, developed lots.
Autumn Cove, also commonly known as Autumn Cove at Lake Wylie or simply Autumn Cove Lake Wylie, is an extremely family-friendly community. The many cul-de-sac streets, community pool/playground and greens make for a welcoming atmosphere. This tight-knit neighborhood also features a dry boat storage for residents.
What We Love
Established neighborhood. Overall residents here take pride in their homes and curb appeal. Strong network of homeowners.
What We Don’t
Lack of sidewalks a downside although most residents take due care when driving. The pool placement could have been better situated. Minor gripes.
Traditional style homes and townhomes. Prices for single family begin at mid $200s and go to low-mid $300s. Typically inventory is available. Strong likelihood neighborhood retains Buyer demand for many years to come.
Autumn Cove is situated on the Lake Wylie Road peninsula, bordering the Crowders Creek tributary to the north and Hwy 49/274 to the west. The neighborhood enjoys a prime location in the heart of the unincorporated Lake Wylie township area not far from the Buster Boyd Bridge.
