What We Love
Attractive community on a whole. Convenience to nearby Fort Mill dining, retail and shopping a big plus. Proximity to I-77 is terrific.
What We Don’t
Prices are steep compared to other neighborhoods around the lake, a result of two factors: A) New construction, and b) Fort Mill school district.
Collection of about 650 single family homes by well regarded builders including Fielding Homes, Saussy Burbank, and Cunnane Group. Wide range in pricing from $400s – high $700s +.
Around the Block
As the name suggests, one of the neighborhood’s greatest features is the Catawba River front access. Residents and guests can walk, hike or bike along the river and connected Carolina Thread Trail. Multiple community gathering spaces around the neighborhood including pocket parks and several areas of the clubhouse.
