What We Love
Friendly neighborhood setting offers affordable, semi-custom homes. Reasonable HOA fees provide residents with terrific amenities in a convenient location.
What We Don’t
Significant turn-over of community builders during completion of Mill Creek Falls created something of a mix-match in building construction. A street v. street comparison can be jarring to the eye.
A collection of single family home options and semi-custom construction ranging from $200 – high $300s.
