What We Love
A natural, mature setting feels like living inside a park. Annual events and a number of unique community features offer a variety of recreational options for residents.
What We Don’t
A gated community with common areas and features comes at a cost. The relatively high HOA fees are a downside. Paying extra for access to the pool and clubhouse may be a deal breaker.
A variety of options, and price ranges, from condos to larger waterfront and golf course estates. Mostly 1970s – 80s, wood siding, contemporary architecture with a scattering of newer homes around community. Many older homes have been updated.
