What We Love
A natural, mature setting feels like living inside a park. Annual events and a number of unique community features offer a variety of recreational options for residents.
What We Don’t
A gated community plus amenities comes with an HOA fee, too high for some. Additional fees for access to the pool and clubhouse a downside.
A variety of options and price ranges – from condos to single family homes to Lake Wylie waterfront and golf course estates. Mostly 1970s and 80s, contemporary architecture with a scattering of newer homes around community.
