The neighborhood provides an alternate route for adjacent highways. Periodic cut-through traffic is a down side.

Mostly late 1990s and early 2000s traditional-style 2stories with some single story ranch plans. Interior home prices run into the $400s and up depending upon size and location, $700k or more for waterfront.
