What We Love
Attractive construction, generous lot sizes and manicured yards give The Landing a timeless feel. Desirable location close to the Buster Boyd Bridge.
What We Don’t
The neighborhood provides an alternate route for adjacent highways. Periodic cut-through traffic is a down side.
Mostly late 1990s and early 2000s traditional-style 2stories with some single story ranch plans. Interior home prices run into the $400s and up depending upon size and location, $700k or more for waterfront.
Around the Block
The Landing features a pool and clubhouse as well as deeded boat slips for a handful of lucky residents. The neighborhood is central to dining and retail which makes quick trips to the store a breeze.
