What We Love
State of art community facilities and amenities. Properties and common areas are pristine to the point of perfection. A wide range of housing options make The Palisades accessible at varying price points.
What We Don’t
Despite its grandeur and prime Lake Wylie location, there’s no local marina or neighborhood boat slips. Non-waterfront home owners must drive 5-10 minutes for boat access.
A wide collection of pocket-neighborhoods offering varying types of single family and custom estate home construction. Prices range from $300s – $millions.
Doesn’t get any better. Quick access to Charlotte, interstates and surrounding areas. Take Highway 49 South from Charlotte and look for The Palisades Fountain.
