August 2016 marked my 10-year anniversary selling real estate around Lake Wylie and the greater Charlotte, NC market.  Over the past 10years I have had the opportunity to work with two successful Real Estate companies – one regional, one international.

Last year, as I looked ahead to the 10-year milestone, I felt it was time to make a change.  The companies I worked with – perhaps more importantly the mentors & coaches I studied under – were immensely helpful to my career, but after careful consideration I decided it was time to take the next step toward my long-term goals and vision for my business.

The past several months have been full of anticipation and hard work, but I am excited to finally announce my new firm Lake Wylie Property and the creation of Home of Lake Wylie Property, News, Life & Events.lake wylie propertyLocation, location, location.  You have heard this before.  Real Estate is local.  In 10 years I have sold homes across Charlotte.  From Matthews to Huntersville, Concord to Gastonia, NoDa to SouthPark, and of course the greater Lake Wylie area.  But Real Estate is local.  A Realtor’s focus should be local as well.

Here’s another saying: A house is not a home.  Corny?  Maybe… but it’s true.  A house is four walls, a roof, and a door.  A Home is made of people, family, memories, the neighborhood and the community.

Lake Wylie Property and were created to provide clients with not only exceptional service but also insight to the News, Life, Events and Real Estate that make Lake Wylie a wonderful place to call Home.  Buyers need a Realtor who knows the area.  Sellers need a Realtor who knows the community and can sell the Home.

The new website will provide incredible exposure for our Sellers.  It will also offer Buyers information and insights on Lake Wylie and the surrounding neighborhoods, townships, and communities.

Check out our first Showcase of Homes feature on the Historic Spratt Homestead Fort Mill, SC.  Read a recent interview with Dan Mullane, head of the Lake Wylie Covekeepers.  Discover Goat Island Park along the Catawba River in beautiful Belmont NC.

In addition to, several new marketing programs are now in place or will be coming soon.  Drone photography is now standard for every Seller client and special 3D, interactive floor plan technology will expose Homes to potential Buyers unlike anything seen in the Lake Wylie market – very exciting!

In the past 10years I have been honored to work with many wonderful clients around Lake Wylie.  Many current, past and repeat clients I now consider good friends.  I look forward to another 10+ years as I continue to connect people with Homes in the neighborhoods and communities which I love.
