At a Glance
A fantastic Lake Wylie waterfront park, Ebenezer Park in Rock Hill offers a multitude of attractions and conveniences for visitors. Boat ramps and water access, swimming beach, fishing pier and RV campgrounds, as well as sports courts and other common park amenities.
Ebenezer Park is currently undergoing renovations as of late 2019 and is set to reopen full-time in the spring or summer of 2020.
For many years, the location has been the only dedicated, public swim access on Lake Wylie. The reopening of the park will include a protected beach & swim area, ringed by a semi-circular fishing pier. The park gets its name from the historic, unincorporated Ebenezer township several miles away – one of the earliest settlements in York County.
Boat ramps – lake access, beach-swim, fishing pier. RV/trailer campground. Sports courts including volleyball, basketball, cornhole, and open lawns. Covered shelters, picnic tables, grills. Playground.
Water Edge, Lake Club, Joslin Pointe and more.
Ebenezer Park is located north of Rock Hill, on the southern shores of Lake Wylie off Mt Gallant Road. The park occupies the point of a small peninsula with fantastic sunrise and sunset views plus long-range water views of the main channel. Around the Park
Ebenezer Park’s new master plan and the rendering is below. We are very excited about the updates and renovations being made. The work represents a $4.6M investment, paid for by a York County hospitality tax.
