Fort Mill High School, with an enrollment of roughly 2,000 students, serves much of Fort Mill and the Tega Cay SC communities. Fort Mill High School consistently ranks as a top high school in the state. In addition to the student body, the school is comprised of 112 teachers, one principal, five assistant principals, six guidance counselors and one media specialist. More than two hundred course selections are offered including Advanced Placement, Honors, College Preparatory and Applied Technology courses.
Fort Mill High School’s achievements extend beyond the classroom. The school is well known for it’s accomplished sports teams and extracurricular activities. There are 48 co-curricular activities offered as well as 30 athletic teams. Recent, noteworthy accomplishments include: 6 Region Championship Teams; International participation by the fine arts program; Mock Trial Team State Championship; and a sweep of the National Virtual Enterprise top 3 spots.
