Gold Hill Elementary took its name from an academy that was the first school in the area. A bell from that old school is proudly on display in the school’s media center.
Gold Hill Elementary mission statement is to, “partnership with its students, parents, community, and the Fort Mill School District will put children first by committing to create an environment that nurtures academics, responsibility, and leadership.”
